Snowshoeing high above lake Walensee
You will take the chairlift from Filzbach high up to the Habergschwänd from where you will start a short and pleasant snowshoe hike with a guide. Mulled wine stop included!
Delicious fondue
You will enjoy a delicious fondue in a mountain inn or remote Alpine lodge after which you will return to the valley by sledge on the sledge piste! An enjoyable excursion all round!
And another thing…
Since the upper chair lift has been taken down, this beautiful area is perfect for smaller snowshoe tours and the length of the tour can be individually adapted to suit your needs. Filzbach is easy to get to and makes an ideal half day trip from Zurich, for example for a Christmas dinner, customer event or annual company outing.

Options / tips
May be booked as a day, half day or evening event. An extra special experience if there’s a full moon! It is also possible to walk direct to the inn (2 minutes). Other menus are also available for those of you who do not like cheese. If you like a romantic wintery setting we recommend the Alpine lodge where cheese is made in the summer and an open fire which provides a lovely warmth crackles in the winter. A delicious Alpine cheese fondue will be served here.
