We offer around 100 different indoor and outdoor activities throughout Switzerland. We are constantly expanding our areas of responsibility and are looking to expand our team with an
EVENT MANAGER / HELPERS FOR EVENTS (on a freelancer basis)
Your tasks include the following work areas:
- Take on a leadership or helper role at the events
- Setting up and clean up at events
- Communicating with the office regarding assignments and, if necessary, helping to plan larger events
- Possible help with writing schedules
Your profile:
- Committed, flexible, enthusiastic and responsible personality
- Good empathy for other people
- Team player, flexible, resilient, enthusiastic and creative
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends (especially Saturdays) in all weather conditions
- Languages: accent-free Swiss German, standard German, English (other languages are an advantage)
- Driving license (advantage) and car (advantage)
This is what awaits you:
You work on events all over Switzerland. Depending on the location, you can get a ride with the other event organizers or be picked up. You will receive a request for an event and can then confirm it by email. You will then receive all the information for the event. You will work with a young, creative team that is interested in your ideas and interests.
