Snowshoeing high above Lake Walen

The chairlift takes you from Filzbach up to Habergschwänd. From here, you go on a short, pleasant snowshoe hike under the guidance of an expert. Of course… you can’t forget to drink mulled wine along the way!

Delicious fondue

Enjoy the delicious fondue in the mountain inn or in the remote alpine hut. Afterwards, take the toboggan run back to the valley. All in all, a lovely, well-rounded excursion.

Individual adaptation

Since the upper chairlift has been removed, this wonderful area is ideal for smaller snowshoe tours. The size of the tour can easily be adapted to your individual needs. Filzbach is easily accessible and the ideal half-day trip from Zurich: for example for your Christmas dinner, your customer event or your annual company outing.

Options/Tips

Can be booked as a day, half-day or evening event. A very special experience under a full moon! Incidentally, it is also possible to walk directly to the restaurant (2 minutes). If you don't like cheese, other menus are available. If you appreciate winter romance, we recommend the Alpine hut, where cheese is made in summer and a fire crackles in the oven in winter, providing cozy warmth and comfort. Here you can enjoy a delicious Alpine cheese fondue.
