Milchmanufaktur

In 2009, a group of Einsiedeln farmers, together with the Einsiedeln Development Association, launched the idea of local milk processing.

In spring 2012, Milchmanufaktur Einsiedeln AG was founded. Over 60 farming families and other interested people have taken part in the new company and decided to give the people of Einsiedeln a piece of their homeland back.

In May 2015, the Milchmanufaktur celebrated the opening of its current operation, which has been developing successfully and dynamically since its inception.
